Hagueathon - Friday 2nd March, 8:00pm - Park House, Reading University

The Hagueathon returns for the first time in 2018. As ever we will be working our way round the bars of Reading in an attempt to recreate the tale of William Hague's drinking sessions. For those unaware, legend has it the former Party Leader and Foreign Secretary used to drink 14 pints on his rounds as a young lad. This is always a really fun evening and there is no pressure to reach Mr Hague's level!

Further details are on the Facebook event.

Q&A with the Rt Hon Priti Patel MP - Friday 9th March, 7pm, Palmer 111

Priti is MP for Witham in Essex and up until last November was Secretary of State for International Development. She was also at the frontline of the Vote Leave campaign and is passionate about the huge opportunities Brexit presents. Patel has been described by many as a Thatcherite and now out of the cabinet she is embracing the chance to share her views! Priti has been very keen to come and talk to us in Reading so this will be a fantastic event. This event will be in Palmer 111.
